High school students call cell phone search policy an invasion of privacy
Some students in Framingham, Mass. are upset with a new policy at Framinhgam High School that purports to give administrators the power to confiscate cell phones and scroll through their contents when a student is suspected of having drugs or stolen property. The school says it is legal but some students are calling it an invasion of privacy because mere suspicion can't justify the intrusive search.
