Colleges Protest Call to Upgrade Online Systems

I wrote recently about the prospect of VoIP companies having to build-in law enforcement tapping abilities into their systems (The Canadian Privacy Law Blog: Internet bugging may dictate technolgies and call-routing for VoIP services).
