Identity theft on the rise in the UK as householders bin their bills

The Telegraph of London is reporting on identity theft in the United Kingdom. It includes some statistics related to practices that put UK citizens at risk of identity theft. Approximately 77% of trash bins in that country contain personal information and are easy pickings for "bin raiders".
