Bell warns customers about privacy loss with lawful access

Bell Canada has changed its customer service agreement for its internet customers to let them know that lawful access is likey back on the agenda. According to the Canadian Press (I haven't been able to track down a copy of the new terms of service), the new agreement purports to give Bell the right to "monitor or investigate content or your use of your service provider's networks and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any laws, regulations or other governmental request".
