Demanding transparency from Canadian telcos: still very murky

In January, the fine folks at the Citizen Lab made some very in-depth inquiries of Canadian telecommunications providers asking about the practices of providing customer information to law enforcement and national security agencies. According to a post on the Citizen Lab's website, ten companies have responded showing a huge range of responsiveness.
