Yesterday, the Government of New Brunswick's Task Force on Personal Health Information released its report, calling for the province to adopt legislation modeled on Ontario's Pesonal Health Information Protection Act. Newfoundland is advanced in this process and Nova Scotia is just about to embark on a similar project.
