Newfoundland government backs off on disclosure of physician billing information

Following a recent decision of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Canadian Privacy Law Blog: Doctors' billings in Nova Scotia is private information under FOIPOP), the government of Newfoundland and Labrador has backed off its pursuit to disclose the same information for physicians in that province.
