The Depatrment of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services have signed a deal to allow unprecedented data sharing to address pandemics and other travel-related health concerns. To make matters worse, the agencies involved did not publish a privacy impact assessment, though one is required for projects such as this. See: http://www.govhealthit.com/article94159-04-24-06-Print
