The only indication of their "source data" are the websites themselves so it's probably made by "reading" the privacy policies which absolutely do not spell out exactly how the data is being used. To suggest that "only Pandora" is selling data to marketers is ridiculous. The painful truth is that only certain executives and sales people within these companies really probably know the full extent of the usage and sale of certain data.
